If you are new to the piercing world, just to let you know that earplug is an advanced level ! Earplug, in other words, "gauge", are big piercings inserted into the ear lobes. They expand or stretch the hole. Tunnels function the same but look different, as in the meaning they have hollow inside. There are many sizes of these. You have to start with the minimum required one and in time, you make it bigger to expand and have space more in order to have the next bigger one. The keyword is DO NOT RUSH!

For sure pain is relative but first things first you have to have a normal, healthy ear lobe pierced. As it is the ear lobe and if you follow the instructions and not rush, it is not that high. There should be no blood, no too much pressure.

It takes 3 to 4 weeks. You should keep in mind to stretch your ears one size gauge at a time. Impatience can lead to damaging your ears.

You are definitely a patient person:) You care about other people's opinions only when they "eww" when they see your ear gauge! You are a person that wants to push limits.
